UPDATE: Free books from the New York Nicaragua Solidarity Network!

We’re clearing out the old Nicaragua Solidarity Network office at 339 Lafayette Street in Manhattan, and we have a bunch of books that people have donated over the past 30 years (or left by mistake). Most are about Latin America. A few are in Spanish, but most are in English.

We can’t take them all to our crowded apartments, but we’d hate to see them go to waste, so we’re happy to give them away to people with an interest in the Americas. If you live in the New York area or are planning to visit soon, please contact us at weeklynewsupdate@gmail.com  about arranging a time (weekday evenings or Saturday afternoons) to drop by and look them over.
